Daily Schedule

Buddha Dhita welcomes dedicated practitioners and monastics, who are seeking deeper connection with the Dhamma in simple living. Our daily activities include silent-meditation, chanting, Dhamma-study and mindful-work such as gardening, cleaning, cooking and going alms-round at the open market with the nun and volunteers. We offer meditation sessions and personal instructions to help individuals to develop mindfulness, concentration and Vipassana Knowledges. While beginners also are welcome, this daily schedule is especially suitable for experienced meditators who can practice without much instructions and who can balance between effortless natural pace and strong self discipline grounded in continued practice.
